If you have made a warranty claim using the RMA form, we will get to work straightaway to make sure that a new device is delivered within a very short time. The normal procedure is as follows:


When you have noticed a problem with one of your products, first identify its serial number and then complete the RMA form on the website. This will be promptly processed by one of our staff.


After receiving your form, our employees will contact you right away to discuss the logistics procedure, whereby your only job is to prepare the return delivery. We will support you with collection and transport.


Once the device arrives at our workshop, we will inspect it to determine what is wrong and replace it with a new device of the same model. In particularly urgent cases, the defective hardware may be replaced before the inspection.


We will send you the new device suitably packed as quickly as possible.
